Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

TRADEMARK

Confidentiality Clause for Training Participants / All Rights Reserved

Including the prohibition of copying, reproducing, and sharing the content with related entities in the hairdressing industry, based on purchased intellectual property rights with inheritance rights up to 25 years.

The following business entities are legally protected (including trademarks, teaching techniques, and the content of training materials in documented and electronic form) as of 22/10/2008:

Participation in the training, whether in-person or online, constitutes acceptance of the Confidentiality Clause and a commitment to keeping all information covered by it strictly confidential.

General Terms

It is the Client’s responsibility to inform the Stylist about issues that may affect the outcome of the service, such as:

  • Exposure to well water, chlorine water, or sea water
  • Prior use of any type of natural or box hair color (including henna)
  • New medication or diet
  • Any other relevant factors

If you are not sure, please ask!

Clients agree to the following:

  • A non-refundable deposit fee to book the installation appointment, order custom extensions, and confirm future services. The extensions and/or supplies are the property of the client, even if the client decides not to have the hair installed.
  • Paying the remaining balance due at the time of the installation appointment, after services have been provided (installation, color treatment, cut, etc.).
  • Not removing the extensions or making any other permanent changes to the new hairstyle before contacting the Owner and coming in for an adjustment. If permanent changes are made prior to the adjustment, the warranty of work becomes void.
  • Adhering to the Annshop Refund Policy or forfeiting any rights to an adjustment.

Annazing Hair Extension promises to provide the Client with custom hair solutions for their dream hair and to do everything in our power to make it happen!

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in the immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ANN SHOP and its licensors.

Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by ANN SHOP. ANN SHOP has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that ANN SHOP shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.

Annshop online store return policy

Upon receiving the package, please remember to wash the ponytail with shampoo and conditioner. Allow it to air dry, and after drying, assess the hair quality, color, and texture. Returns will only be accepted if the hair is intact, untouched, and the original elastic band is undamaged.

We do not accept returns of hair that has been worn, used, mechanically damaged, or shows signs of wear. Custom orders, i.e., hair that has been converted into bio-tape or keratin method, cannot be returned unless a product defect is visible.

Annshop/Annazing Hair Extension uses natural hair; however, if the customer chooses to dye, tone, wash with silver shampoo, or further process their hair extensions, they do so at their own risk. Toning the hair should be done only after assessing the ponytail’s quality. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or degradation of quality associated with dyeing the materials. Each dye has a different chemical composition, which can affect the final result and durability of the material. We encourage you to conduct a test on a small section before proceeding with dyeing.

If these requirements are not met, a refund will not be possible. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange that, in our opinion, does not comply with our regulations. Returned hair extensions will be inspected and tested.

Returns are possible within 5 days from the date of receiving the goods! The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs in the event of a return or exchange.

We hope you won’t need to return anything, as we select each ponytail individually! We do not have a refund policy for all our hair extensions. However, we take full responsibility for the hair extensions that we have cared for by following our care leaflets, and we encourage you to review them in the Blog section. We are happy to resolve any issues our customers may have.

1. Conditions for Returns

1.1. Free returns are possible only if the color or texture of the hair is unsuitable.
1.2. Returns will only be accepted if the hair is intact, untouched, and the original band is undamaged.

1.3. We ship using Royal Mail. Deliveries in UK mainland can take 1-3 working days .

2. Return Period

2.1. Returns are possible within 5 days from the date of receiving the shipment.

3. Product Defects

3.1. If the received product has manufacturing or quality defects, please contact us immediately and return the product using the “Next Day Delivery” service from Royal Mail.
3.2. Hair returns are possible if a defect in the product is visible.

4. Conditions for Non-Acceptance of Returns

4.1. We do not accept returns of hair that has been worn, used, mechanically damaged, or shows any signs of use.

5. Return Procedure

5.1. To make a return, please contact our customer service department using the contact form available on our website.
5.2. After approval of the return by our customer service department, please send the product to the address provided in the response message.
5.3. We recommend using only the “Special Delivery” service with tracking or signature.
5.4. Returns sent at the recipient’s expense or cash on delivery will not be accepted.

6. Refund

6.1. Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date of receiving the return shipment.
6.2. Refunds will be made to the bank account from which the payment was made.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. We reserve the right to refuse a return if any of the above conditions are not met.
7.2. The return policy may be subject to changes, and its current version is available on our website.

Deposit for hair extension service

Deposits may be taken when you decide to book an appointment with Annshop/Annazing Hair Extensions. Deposits are to reserve the date only and are only redeemable on your service price. If you cannot attend your appointment for any reason, this deposit will be used to absorb administration costs, re-advertise, and fill your appointment.

The deposit is non-refundable, but we may allow it to be transferred to another date once, with at least 2 weeks prior notice.

Our hair can last anything from 1-5 years if the aftercare is followed correctly. We will not be held liable for any misuse of the hair, coloring/tinting toners, etc. We recommend our clients maintain their hair every second to third maintenance if they wish for the hair to stay the exact volume and length within this time frame.

ANNAZING HAIR EXTENSIONS returns

You or your carrier are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us. The cost and risk of return are at your expense. We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage or using Royal Mail’s “Recorded Signed” service. For valuable items, you may choose Royal Mail’s “Special Delivery” service.

For exchanged items, a nominal fee may be requested to cover any additional postage or shipping, depending on your preferred shipping method.

Any returned goods received outside of this Returns Policy will be classified as “In Dispute.” Such items will not be exchanged. A reason for this decision will be provided. If no instructions are received from you, In Dispute items may be returned to you or, alternatively, disposed of after 91 working days from receipt.

To ensure proper processing, we cannot replace or exchange an item until the original parcel has been returned to us. If you require an item urgently, we recommend placing a second order and returning the original item later.

Clients who choose to have their hair extensions maintained by a third party should be aware that this will void all liability for Annshop/Annazing Hair Extensions.

Once your hair extensions have been fitted and applied, they are your responsibility. Annshop/Annazing will not be held liable for any hair lost or damaged due to poor aftercare. When removing hair extensions, we advise booking an appointment with us to avoid damage to natural hair. We recommend that all clients take their extensions with them after removal, regardless of whether they will be reapplied. Any hair left at the salon is at the client’s own risk.

The hair extensions guarantee is only valid if purchased products (bristle brush and special shampoo) are used as instructed.

Used hair extensions cannot be returned for a refund or exchange under any circumstances. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing or committing to Annshop/Annazing Hair Extensions.

Complaints regarding services
The deadline for submitting a complaint about incorrect application or any other concerns regarding the service provided is up to 5 days from the date of your appointment.

Procedure with returning

In accordance with consumer rights policy regarding returns and complaints regulations, including Terms & Conditions, I would like to inform you that all statements, disputes, and claims are prepared and processed in written form within the United Kingdom. This also applies to the European Union.

Therefore, if there is suspicion that after several or many months of using the product according to the specified recommendations of a hairstylist, the product does not meet expectations due to a manufacturing defect, a procedure must be followed to investigate the product’s issue.

By thoroughly analyzing the daily care routine using products recommended by the seller, manufacturer, or service salon, it is necessary to outline the performed actions, including the product names, series, brand, and origin (shampoos, masks, conditioners, and expiration date).

If the product has been exposed to excessive UV radiation, sulfates, salt, SLS, or other detergents, or has potentially been mechanically damaged, no complaint procedure applies. According to the aforementioned policy, in reference to the seller’s terms and conditions regarding proper product handling, the seller is unequivocally protected in cases of user negligence or misuse.

COMPLAINT SUBMISSION PROCEDURE

  • Product description, date of purchase, and cost (proof of purchase required).
  • Date of service with verbal or written instructions for proper care (every salon or seller has appropriate care products recommended for periods of 1 to 12 months).
  • Proof of purchase of the care products.
  • Description of the user’s observations regarding product properties (care routine and changes in structure, color, scent, or elasticity).
  • A summary description – reaction or change in the product’s properties.
  • Request or demand – the subject of the complaint or claim.

DOCUMENTATION TO SUPPORT THE COMPLAINT

Complaints with a written expert opinion can only be submitted to the complaints department in a written form, certified or issued by a qualified expert. The statement or expert opinion should include:

  • Name of the clinic, laboratory, or research center.
  • Address of the facility and the expert’s scientific title in the relevant field (topic/product/industry).
  • Position of the analyst, expert, or research team issuing the expert opinion.
  • Description of the issue.
  • Description of the tests performed to confirm the issue.
  • Description of laboratory research activities.
  • Description of interactions with substances or detergents used in the laboratory.
  • Analysis, actions, and behavior observed.
  • Conclusions and an expert opinion confirming the issue.
  • The expert’s personal signature on the statement or expert opinion.
  • Date, place, and research or evidentiary photos.

BOTH DOCUMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 5 DAYS FROM THE DAY THE PROBLEMS OR OBSERVED PROPERTY CHANGES OCCURRED, IF THE PRODUCT MALFUNCTIONED ON ITS OWN OR FAILED TO MEET USAGE STANDARDS.

If the product was not used or maintained according to the specified guidelines, including avoiding exposure to chemicals, UV, or temperatures above 220°C, the policy of accepting complaints does not apply.

Complete documents will be forwarded to the manufacturer’s complaints department, and you will need to wait for a response to the request or inquiry.

Sales intermediaries and service companies are not responsible for defective products if they were resold after being delivered to a specific market. If the product is faulty, the manufacturer may order a recall, and expert documentation can be submitted with a factual or scientifically or research-confirmed opinion that a refund is due for the product.

Cancellation Policy

In case of same-day cancellation, the client will be charged a fee of £50. This amount covers costs incurred by the salon, including booking fees and transportation expenses.

Courses

If the trainee cancels 10 days before the agreed date, they have the option of returning the advance payment or making an appointment for another date.
If the trainee cancels the course in less than 10 days before the start of the course, the deposit is not returnable.
If the trainee does not show up on a course day, the deposit is not returnable.

ONLINE COURSES

1. Account & Access
To access our courses, you must register with accurate personal information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Upon purchasing a course, the User receives unlimited access to all course materials for a period of three (3) months from the date of purchase. During this period, the User may access and replay the course content without limitation, at their own pace and convenience. After the expiration of this period, access to the course will automatically terminate unless the course is purchased again.


2. Personal Data Collection
We collect personal information such as your name, email address, billing details, and course activity. This data is used to create your account, process payments, deliver content, and improve your experience. By using our platform, you consent to this data collection. 3. Refund Policy
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for any courses, digital products, or subscriptions. Please read course descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have technical issues, contact support and we’ll do our best to help.


4. Usage Rights
When you purchase a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to view the content. You may not copy, share, or resell any course materials. Violating these rules may result in account termination.


5. Platform Changes
We may update or remove content, features, or pricing at any time without prior notice. These changes do not entitle you to a refund. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.


By continuing to use the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. All provisions that are intended to survive termination will remain in effect, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service..

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
